The contractor was Mark construction owned by William Phiri.He is busy eating the money he stole from that structure with prostitutes.Amakonda mahule kwambiri.Kaya ndikukulira kumudzi kaya.

No wonder the contractor was a thief he even used stolen water connecting to the market. If you say NO! tender printed statement of your water usage from LWB

Who was the contractor and who were the supervising consultants? Also who was the project officer at city council? Name and shame them because these shared the money and delivered a substandard worthless building.
