Am from Karonga South and follow politics here, when and where did the DPP followers took to the streets against Mtonga? This story is full of lies. The truth is Mtonga is very popular and loved by many people here. Nothing like that happened. The few disgruntled members of the dissolved committee of Chembe are the ones confused.
He can not take that post because duties that he will meet do not much with his level of school,Let him smoke at parliament in Malawi ,John Pombe Magufuli might arrest him being a smoker.
