Sharing of what

There is no way the whole northern lake Malawi can belong to Malawi alone. No country in the world with a trans-boundary resource has the resource all by itself. It appears Malawi has to be taught a lesson of sharing resources with others without greed. If Malawi insists on greed, then the border between TZ and MW will be made to shift from Songwe to Jenda i.e. the whole northern Malawi will be annexed to TZ and northern Malawians are ready to side with TZ on this move.

Nyanja ndi ya a Malawi osati taifas. if they want to use it, they have to seek permission from us in formal communication. Otherise APM should not allow such negociatins in favour of taifas sharing resources with us.

It is only human beigns who talk of boundaries because of self. The acqua creatures in the lake do not have any limit to enjoy the natural resources in the lake.
How I wish we comply to nature!!

By no means, Malawi will bar Tz to share the lake. It is only wisdom of our leaders will sort out this problem. Although Tanzania has a massive land including big lakes in Africa, if the allow Malawi to a tune of 100% ownership of the lake then they have to request to use water of the lake from Malawi which is next to impossible.

Population in Manda or Mbamba bay for example their main source of livelihood is lake, how can you restrict such a population from accessing the lake?

@ 13 John – Nyasatimes does not prohibit writing/commenting in vernacular. Please spare us the bad English next time by expressing your views in Yao or Lomwe because it seems you are either from these two tribes. Sukulu za Kwacha zilipo you can enroll to start writing better English.

why sharing of resources when the lake is entirely Malawian? Does Tanzania not have its own resources? Sitiimva, the resources on Lake Malawi belong to Malawians, period. Mapeto ake Mozambique will also want to share resources. Ife tikupanga benefit ku ma resources a TZ?
