This is a good initiative thinking outside the box, but the quality of the structure is not desirable at all. Its the capital city of Malawi, those structures have no place in a capital city at all. look at the beautiful NICO center Just opposite which is almost 15 years old it looks alright and you build something that ugly just opposite. Poor workmanship and you say the project costs MK185 million…my foot where are all those going to? Even a builder in my village can construct that at K50,000 . The quality of the roof, floor and everything is poor. LL city council needs to be evaluated on this…I bet someone must have stolen the money

Poor workmanship, design and quality, this is not even worth calling a shelter, when the sun is at 3 or 4pm the merchandise and sellers will still be scorched to the sun not to mention mvula ya mpepho… katundu azinyowabe. Good initiative, but I am disappointed on the design and quality of the structure. This is the area where cashgate happens by lowering the design quality. it is not a durable structure chigwa ponpano.
