Lilongwe, I totally agree with you. Just today on BBC, the president of Nicaragua complained that the Roman Catholic Bishops were planning to overthrow his government. What RC Bishops are doing in Malawi was not hatched at Limbe Cathedral, the local headquarters, of RC. This could have been hatched at Vatican as a way of reintroducing the Roman Empire. Malawians, watch out!!!!!

Catholic Alliance – misguided, frustrated and driven by the idea that the Catholic church should control political affairs in our country. I am Catholic but am sick and fed up with people like Chilima using the church to advance their political ambitions. And then, the so-called ‘honourable’ Lucius Banda – a fraud who initially went to parliament by using a fake certificate – joining the bandwagon. It seems UTM has all the crooked characters.

Lucius has always been a strong voice for the people, speaking for the less priviledged through his songs. If he has joined the movement then thats a good development.. Bravo Lucius..
What evidence do you want to believe that UTM is a disgruntled people’s Movement? Lucius has always been a praise singer for politicians: praised Bingu, Muluzi and now Chilima
So was DPP and UDF when they first started. They were disgruntled bunch leaving ruling parties to form their own. Just that udf is left in the hands of an idiot who cant differenciate left from right
