Well-done Mr Speaker, Sir, for curtailing presentation and discussion of the report. Our enemies should not have this free intelligence material that our military has obsolete and dilapidated equipment. Zomvetsa chisoni!

Can someone remind me what the Odillo case is all about? I seem to recall it is something to do with cashgate; money paid for equipment our Army never received.

To fight which war? They are scared of TZ who have already taken our beloved lake!! These are a bunch of cowards who have never fought any war and just wear uniforms and harass people at drinking places! Look what happened in DRC! They ran like rabbits!! Dissolve this army and save money- all they know is to steal like Odilo etc!
