It is indeed that some ministers smoke weed. The one I knew are as follows:
1. One of the famous agalu inu fame.
2. One of the long serving members of parliament in BT.
3. One of the longest but youngish intelligent PS who once served in DHRMD.

“Some Malawi Cabinet ministers smoke Chamba — says Ras Harawa” So???? What’s your point. I also know many politicians who drink alcohol. At the moment smoking dagga is considered illegal and drinking alcohol legal……that’s it. Change the law if it is in the best interest of the public. It is argued that dagga/hemp has medicinal value so is alcohol if taken in moderation.

Why is the raster talking about Ministers smoking weed? How is it connected to this interview? Chimenecho ndiye chambacho!!!. Sometimes, chamba doesn’t mean actual smoking BUT your behaviour becomes “chamba”

Ray Harawa is emphasizing that those that occupy the high office in Malawi use chamba and therefore chamba must be legalised instead of wasting the much needed on chamba prisoners.
