Am one of the enumerators but to say the truth NSO is being headed by uneducated people. 20000 so far paid for 7 days training and we are coming from far home Namitete to Nathenje

I fail to understand how NSO failed to plan despite having a 10 year gap after the last censor’s exercise. It’s a shame that despite having prior knowledge that the censor’s would require Tablets , they (NSO) only distributed the same a day before the last day of the training. To add, much as the recruited people will be operating from home, but the training itself didn’t happen within the people’s areas. Its emanating from a moral decay in this country…No trustworthy.no credibility.This was dine to flush out cheats..Many lied to be employed yet they are serving officers like teachers…hospital personnel.They only wanted to get training allowance and vanish…its difficult to restart the training pjrocesss..
The other logistics issues its again to do with suppliers…They all missed deadlines though they had expressed that they have the capacity..They cant supply tshirts or deliver tablets…Remember we can not just relace these supllies we need authoridation from ODPP which takes time.
Much as the institution has the capacity the shortfalls are from other crooked organisation….

To make matters worse how could you train data collectors in a week yet supervisors had to cover the same material in two weeks.Eish I wonder
