Malawi is a vey unfortunate country that is led by individuals who long stopped thinking. Even a developed country like USA can not afford the luxury of its public sector going on unproductive holiday like this so what more with a country that can not even feed itself. What is the rationale for such a holiday when civil servants can hardly afford a minibus fare to Blantyre from their monthly salary.
