Zitsiru ndi majudges athu who dont seem to understand remedies for breach of contract in govt contracts!!! It is extremely difficult to show “loss of business profit” on a business transaction that “never happened!”. That is why you never hear such nonsense in transparent and incorruptible economies and countries! I dont know what our “useless judges” use to make it this easy! I can challenge our “useless judges” there is not a single compensation case where the “compensated” can truly show “loss of business profits” for their companies that do not even keep detailed, up-to-date records of business transactions!
Then all bids which were lower than the successful bid should be given K1 billion Kwacha by the Malawi Government. Period. It should not be only Mulli.
