Kalitsiro walasa. I was inspired by garden boys at my work place. Others were boasting of two houses while others had three or four houses. Today I own three houses using the gardeners wisdom tips for property ownership.

I heard one tenant saying since 1975 been using the MHC house. Complaining of rentals. I’m complaining why you haven’t built your own house. A house appreciates by the way. You were chanting “zonse za Kamuzu Banda “, if he wakes up today and find you in that same house I’m sure he’ll question your mentality. Just reach a consensus with the MHC on the percentage, I don’t know what are the terms in your contracts but I don’t think the houses are not subject to rental increment.
Guys, think about building your own house. Mowa ukutisaukitsa. Surprising lower class people are the ones who are building houses while most of the so called middle class spend cash on useless things.
