Good one! The argument from the tenants’ lawyer was empty. How do you expect MHC to improve the quality of infrastructure when you pay K6,000.00 for a two-bedroomed house? In fact most tenants sub-let the houses. Ludicrous!

Good news. Let MHC operate in a way that makes its operations sustainable. We are not a socialist state to be providing below market price rentals.
