I completely agree with Judge Mtambo and I will be speaking in support of this Motion when Parliament meets next. Change on any issue can only come when well meaning and courageous Sns of Malawi open their mind and heart and speak from the mountain top on a problem which has afflicted most of us for a long time but lacked the will nor courage to raise it publicly.
His Lordship Mtambo has his heart in the right place.
I will be forwarding this article to all MPs immediately!
