I think there is no need to deduct allowences from them the best thing to do is to fire them (kick them out of the system). These are the very same people who are contributing to the downfall of country and our own poverty, as far as they are earning something they do not mind about other people, what they know is to condemn the president but they are not ready to help him as far as development in the counrty is concerned.
