Do not go far.This is the fault of the President because he is busy amassing peoples’ funds for his own sell-fish ends.Remember,you used millions of dollars in the US when you fell sick while attending Conference.Mr.President,whose money was that? Was it not for the poor people who are dying in hospitals for lack of medicines(contracetives drugs) which are very helpful for the patients’life.Muthalika hires private jetts. for his own interests and yet,our people do not eat in the rural areas for lack of transports to the to people there.How about the luxurious cars or vehicles the President buys for his… Read more »

The Central Government cannot just allocate and disburse funds to the Distric Council without monitoring how the funds are utilised. That would be the most lame control system a govt can ever put in place. No wonder then there’s so much looting by Distric Councils. Remember that the President, MPs and Councillors are all accountable to the people and therefore should explain their plundering of funds to their respective constituencies.
