Its really sad looking at some of the comments on this forum. It makes one think if Malawians have brains at all. I don’t think anyone commenting on this story is from the village or so poor. Probably most go to private clinics for treatment. Malawians lets think before we type. The Majority of the population are very poor people, these are the poor that visit hospitals.
