How does a minister represent a president when the vice president is there? This is treasonous! The president being away it means chilima is automatically the acting president unless we are subverting the constitution.

Maybe you haven’t heard, Chilima is in government but he doesn’t want to work with his boss because his administration is full of thieves, by the way it is the same administration that he is part of as the state vice president. How pathetic is that? So let him feel the heat.
