Madam Justice Chair of MEC, ma’am, does moral turpitude include pecuniary embarrassment? Hon Christopher Mzomera Ngwira, MP is suffering from this… er… slight inconvenience. Recent press reports indicate that Hon Ngwira is BANKRUPT. Is he eligible to stand in the coming elections? There is that law about bankrupt persons not being eligible, isn’t there?
