Has the list of presiding officers been published anywhere. It is also a conflict for teachers to be presiding officers as indicated here. Schools lack basic necessities and most people campaign on promises for schools and health centres, so one is really bound to consult teachers so that he knows what to promise at a campaign rally. This is nonsense! Has MEC gazetted names of presiding officers? Being a headmaster is not a grantee that one will be a presiding officer. MEC conducts interviews for presiding officers and every malawian qualifies for appointment
