I can see MCP merging a winner of these by-elections dpp given a doubt of winning only Ndirande ward. This is when Dausi will come to realize that people of Malawi don’t want dpp anymore and to agree with Afro Barometer this is litmus test for the two competitive parties to announce which party will carry the day come 2019 general elections. I can see Chakwera projecting to state house evacuating Mutharika to ndata very interesting.
