From the article, it appears it is Kamlepo who seeks mediation. It is him who obtained the injuction in order to delay justice. The same Kamlepo failed to produce evidence of his paying execise duty. He inappropriately registered the vehicles. All these point towards guilty. For more debate, let’s meet at Kamlepo roundabout, formerly known as Kwacha roundabout.
