In a media tour organized to appreciate services at the facility Patience Chatsika, marketing and corporate affairs executive for Old Mutual Malawi says they prefer offering good experiences to customers giving them comfortable zone to make their choices as they operate to the satisfaction of the customers.
“We do have expansion plans in our plan as at the moment we have a mortuary with holding capacity of 22 bodies and we are expanding to 66 in the near future.
“One can use this facility through different ways one of the ways is that they have to be on our Mthunzi funeral plan which is very comfortable as we have minimum premiums that are on the market, payable monthly and all our customers on Mthunzi funeral plan they can get on bold and use these facilities at their inconveniences,” Chatsika highlighted.
Mthunzi funeral services, a member of Old Mutual group also offers a full range of funeral services including mortuary, transportation across Malawi, body removal, embalming, coffins and casket as well as repatriation.
The center also features a 250 seater auditorium for services, a peace garden for reflection and additional amenities such as a coffee shop and family room to support clients during their time of need.
