Too much stealing. Few weeks ago,I went to the section where patients pay. I paid for the medicine but did not receive the receipt. That is in Zomba.

‘Sensitising’? Such a useless word! If there is a culture that believes it is OK to steal, no sensitisation will remedy that. They will only learn by punishment or failure to be given the job in the first place. Methods to detect and deal with thieves should be built into every area of public office.

Only Kamuzu ruled the country free from corruption and theft of public money. Bravo our late beloved leader may your soul rest in peace. No minister during your excellencys time had stolen even a single pace in govt pace and every thing was moving at fast to development.
