The judge in Kasambara case is a high court judge and Lawyer and prosecutor Enock Chibwana a highly respected former Ombudsman stated that he (judge Mtambo has been fair to govt and kasambara). Jose! plz do not praise Kasambara today. Millions of Malawians have suffered in this country becauese of Cashgate in which Kasambara was indulging himself.
