Umunthu unasowapo apa, DHO stop being used by DPP govt, opani Mulungu pogwira ntchito. In public hospitals patients and guardians lack alot of neccesities like soap, so why denying them free items when you are failing to provide for them. You are there today with all luxuries while patients are starving because of poor DPP maladministration, think of the needy before you speak,

Maybe all the patients belong to the ruling party, but they will also place the blame on their party for denying them the offer by MCP. Just wait until they get better and they get discharged, they will lodge their votes elsewhere come 21 May.

They are fearing for their dear jobs. Who wants to be jobless after all?
Politically, the response is true, DC must approve receipt of such donations, otherwise mmmmm people may be sacked/lose jobs/ transferred. There is this saying” when elephants are fighting, grass suffers”.
