Why is PAC playing double standards? Observing ‘breakdown of social cohesion’ is not enough because the PAC of The Very Reverend Chingota is well known for issuing ultimatums. The absence of Ultimatum in their observation in MCP’s breakdown of social cohesion creates doubts as to whether the statement was made by Chingota and Mulomole’s PAC. Come up with the implementation date of the 50%+1 provision, which to me must be 24 hours after next general election if we are not coming up with this law to target the incumbent State President.
