Is the pastor a financial expert? Does he know how microfinances work? Does he know more about portfolio, PAR, Arear, writeoff?

Great idea pastor, though the minimum core capital requirements for banks is now at $5 million (Capital Adequacy Directive 2018). All the best Pastor Aub and RFP.
