Why not? If a manager/Director is called to any meeting he/she attends what can stop him as a head of Malawi to attend all the meetings?

Unfortunately, this means delayed salaries for my staff. He usually takes all the government money when travelling outside.

Yes until the presidential jet that was sold is brought back or else a new one is purchased. The sale of that jet was out of malice which is unfortunate. How come can ppo say it was expensive to manage? If so why do ppo keep on paying for dstvs monthly what benefit is it from there? If so then keeping the jet could be right.
