Msaka is making false promises all the time and is one of the ministers APM could do without. Malawi will never have stable power for a long time yet. It takes no less than six years to develop a hydroelectric power station, no less four to develop a coal fired station. As for solar, acquisition of enough suitable land and actual development can delay the project for up to three years.
