Mistake number one; appointing a mother to inherit your property instead of your children. It also means when your mother die, your brothers and sisters will inherit your property. So sad. What is executor? I can’t understand this story. You talk of executor then administrators s confusing then deceased property and estate. Whats the difference between deceased property and estate? Is tobacco estate also a deceased property?
