How can they be PURGED when they are hired by CROOKS?
It would be much better to give most of these road construction projects to companies such as Nei Teer; W & C French; Alstadi; and Roberts Construction. One of them constructed the Limbe – Thyolo – Mulanje – Muloza Road. The road was professionally constructed. So too the Lilongwe – Zomba Road in early seventies which over the years has seen major rehabilitation works and part of it, in particular between Chinamwali and Machinga, extensive rehabilitation is now found wanting.
