Lessons from Rwanda: No government vehicle for any public officer be it PS or Director. Instead government just acts as guarantor for a vehicle loan to any civil servant who wants to buy a vehicle. The whole DPP crew has failed. The Finance minister is the biggest failure in bringing back the economy of Malawi. If the Minister wants some advice, ask Chikaonda to help. My advice is; stop the useless FISP programme which is draining billions of Kwachas. I know why the FISP favoured by these leaders. It is because these is a loop hole still some money. No one checks the balances there except the Finance Minister.

Before making such statements, you also need to consider how your employees will feel. And how will controlling officers work with the people you are demeaning? Why make the majority suffer for a cause that you do not even deem important?
