They have to make sure that the Houses are in Employees’ names.
I know of a certain friend who works with the Asians Fargo Limited. He was ‘given’ a house as a token of appreciation for long service. However, all the house bills come in the name of ‘Fargo’. They are reluctant to change the property ownership to the name of the individual. The person I know found another lucrative job. He was told to vacate immediately out of the house which was given to him by the company.

the innitiative to build the two houses is awesome. The cost of the houses however do not even come close to the contribution of the two employees over the said 10 years. and to be frank, the same fervor must be applied in improving the remuneration of the employees at SANA. It is said that generosity is correlated to guilt. if these houses were built because of the guilt, culminating from the low salaries and allowances, then its time to correct the injustice.
