..change in Malawi can only come if Malawians themselves change the way they think. Change cannot come because of dream president..there’s no such a thing as dream president because there has never been one president who has been voted by everyone or who shall do everything 100%..a person was elected under party membership then he should be above the party..don’t we vote based on party manifesto?say that we should chose president who ll balance being party member&state president.Be reminded that DPP has supporters which means the bad u see is to you and not to them..if you are trying to… Read more »

You are right. What Malawi needs is UTM. By UTM, I do not necessarily mean the United Transformation Movement. I mean Universal Transformation Management. UTM should not be confused with UTMF (Universal Transformation Management Framework), which is a change management framework that was developed for application to sports organizations.
