This behaviour is not acceptable. It shows that as a nation we totally lack leadership.

These murderers need to be executed. Why do you spare their life. When you are a leader you must make these difficult decisions.

This is someone’s daughter, sister, aunt. Not acceptable. Be decisive leaders.

What a sadist?
Usually the deceased used to know the perpetrator very well. It may be a close relative who wanted to eliminate evidence (fear of being reported)
And the police should have secured the crime scene by now.
