Chopper? This is not a chopper! And the plane landed. It didn’t crash so the 3 people are not victims, they are just a pilot and two passengers!

Chizungu chabvuta. Indeed chopper would mean helicopter in this context. Also I would say the plane developing engine failure rather than “the engine stopped because of power failure,” which sounds like the plane was running on ESCOM power.
