This candidate is daft. The answer is in the law, she just needs to read the law to understand the difference between handout and incentive because it is clearly spelt out. I am not surprised she doesn’t have MCE certificate and I am afraid Agness will be a bad law maker if she wins because she wont be able to participate in debate in Parliament.

I have benn in developed countries and i mean developed countries and never seen any one handing out money or any expensive materials to the citizens kuti awavotele. A nde timati ndife osauka. .
