Bernadette Mandoloma becomes CEO for NBS Bank from Jan 1
The NBS Bank will have a new Chief Executive Officer from January 1, 2013 to replace John Biswick who was hired by the MRA as their CEO this year.
The new CEO is Bernadette Mandoloma . She will be the only woman to head a bank.
“She brings to this position a wealth of experience and expertise having worked in a number of organisations in various positions as Finance Director of NICO Holdings, CEO of Press Agriculture, Investment manager of Press Trust, financial controller of Indebank financial services and accountant of Investment and Development Bank of Malawi,” a statement by the bank said.
Veteran banker Gilford Kadzakumanja will continue in his position as deputy CEO, while Dumisani Chatima is the chief finance officer,according to the bank.
