Chibuku Products Ltd has said it welcomes new products of its kind on the market as they bring about competition which is good for business.
This was revealed in an interview with the company`s Corporate Affairs Manager Wise Chauluka who was asked whether they are worried of the coming in of the only other opaque beer in the country known as Chimera which has hit the market.
“This is not a cause for worry because competition is good for business as you aim to be the better side.
“What we at Chibuku concentrate on is customer satisfaction and the well being of our employees. We make sure our social corporate responsibility is in touch and that our employees are taken care of including the traders and the mamas in our tavern,” explained Chauluka.
He then sent a strong message to those that drink the returnable bottle Chibuku Scud to be responsible enough to return the empty when they are done.
“We just urge the customers to be responsible when they finish drinking the scud and return the empty because we do not want the empties going one way,’ said Wise.
Some of new products from Chibuku are the distilled 5 litre Chibuku Super which lasts for 21 days instead of the usual 4 and the Fountain.
“Basically the fountain is a big cup in the shape of a fountain and customers buy their beer and pour it in their and are given cups to drink from. We are planting the fountain in most of our taverns to increase the sharing culture in a modern way,” he explained.
