The company’s managing director, Alex Standy, said in an interview that shooting of the movie, For September, will commence soon.

Standy, who is a South Africa’s University of Stellenbosch trained script writer and director, said while it was an undeniable fact that the country has a lot of potential, it was important that professionalism and creative rigor is emphasized for the industry to compete on the international market.

“The fact that some of our movies have been nominated for international awards tells it all that we’re on track. Our focus will be to up our game further in all aspects,” said the award-winning actor.

For September is a story about child trafficking. Three children find themselves on a tobacco estate where they must suffer the back-breaking labor and inhumane living conditions.

“Once everything is set, we will make available a trailer for people to know what they are waiting for,” he said.
