Bullets seal title, beat Epac: Malawi TNM Super League

To any doubters on Big Bullets retaining the TNM Super League title, they have been answered that the Bullets are going all the way to be crowned champions back-to-back after they opened a 13-point gap between them and second placed Mafco on Saturday.

Bullet defeated Epac FC at Civo Stadium in Lilongwe and condemned them to relegation danger.

The champions won on Chiukepo Msowoya’s 29th minute goal after he rose high to head in a well-curved Yamikani Fodya set piece past a helpless Epac goalkeeper Tione Tembo.

“We are waiting to be officially crowned champions. But as you can see, we have sealed it. It’s in our bag,” said Bullets team manager Rahim Ishmael.

Meanwhile, Epac coach Abbas Makawa said he has big task to pull off his side form relegation \one as they are sitting second from the bottom of the log table.
