MP Kaliati caught in underage sex with Bambino ‘sweet 16’ student

A Member of Parliament for Machinga Central constituency, Shaibu Kaliati, has allegedly been caught at Annies Lodge in Lilongwe having sexual activity with a girl believed to be underage.

Kaliati is being under heavy attack from women’s gossip group on Facebook  ‘Baryard’ discussing the matter after group’s administrator Jane Kathewera posted that the UDF MP has been caught with the undergaged girl.

She claims the girl is 16 years and was found with K6, 000 as money to have been given by the MP to lure her into the sexual activity.

The girl is a student of Bambino Private School.

The MP reportedly removed a number plate from his vehicle when he was going to the lodge.

Women discussing the issue are calling for the arrest of Kaliati for sexual exploitation of a minor.

Others however argue a “sweet 16” girl is mature enough to consent to sex and that she willingly had intercourse.

And some have condemned the gossip group of tarniship people’s image with rumours and some fabricvated stories, saying with the bills regulating the internet, authors will be taken to task on defamation.

There is a lot of debate on the matter.

Meanwhile, the gossip group are looking for “spies” who have infitrated the group and picked up the matter.
