Action in Rainbow Paints League returns this weekend
After a succesful Presidential Netball Cup Tournament in Lilongwe, all eyes will now focus at Blantyre Youth Centre where the Rainbow Paints Southern Region Netball League resumes this weekend with all giants to be involved.
Spectators will be eager to watch much improved Thunder Queens ,who had an outstanding perfomance during the Presidential Cup, despite losing in the finals against Kukoma Diamonds.
However, Thunder Queens managed to oust Blue Eagles Sisters in the semi finals.
On Saturday, they will shift their attention to Rainbow Paints with an easy fixture against Chitakale Sisters.
Another fixture will involve Alliance Capital Starts against Young Professionals.
In Zomba,Prison Sisters takes on Gerald Tasaukadala.
Tigresses have also what looks like a walk over against Shizaella .
Come Sunday,there are two fixtures in Mulanje and Zomba,with Kukoma Diamonds being the only giant to have a fixture.
Kukoma Diamonds will lock horns against Chitakale, Prison Sisters have a home ground advantage as they host Young Professionals.
Meanwhile,the stiff competition to grab the Championship is between Kukoma Diamonds and Tigresses.
