The Malpratice is all over even in the private sector. Go to Mitundu, Nsundwe, Mchinji , Salima and all Districts and see what private fertilizer retailers are doing to farmers. Fertilizers is being siphoned before being sold to the helpless farmers. Caked and substandard fertilizers are all over. Private retailers are prefering to sale to vendors. Zobvuta.

besides, ADMARC personal are poorly paid. management bars them from joining trade unions.
Foolis pubic officers ,,,,,,,,,,,,,government should give stiff punishment to such culprits ,,,, many public servants are now used to still public resources for there own self enrichment. Why do you always want to survive on stolen items, while you’re paid…. Punish them together with mseven rotten ministers, and tractorgate public servants. Don’t just punish olnly those with small crimes, deal with culprits regardless of post in govt.police don’t tolarate corruption…. Deal with culprits.
This shows how corrupt some of our ADMARC personnel are. Innocent farmers buying fertilizer to increase their yields to safeguard against food deficiencies but being sold sand. How do we eradicate hunger with such corrupt and greedy minds send them to Siberia as punishment
