Becareful with this unsubstantiated statistics. Once the alarm is raised and our stupid leaders and stupid medical doctors accept help in their slumber, you will see the influx of new medications and researchers in Malawi. The reality is diabetis is a serious disease that western medical institutions have not found a vaccine and cure for. There are a milliard of research and medications waiting to be tested in humans before the FDA in USA and other jurisdictions can accept and start administering at huge revenue implications for Pfizer and others. We should change our diet. Nsima causes diabetes, hypertension, poor IQ, Malaria, HIV/AIDS, TB and domestic violence, short hieght. Just look at our friend who eat Rice? No need for research!!!!

yes, ppo really need to check on the food they eat. be vegetarian, eat whole none processed foods, do exercises, drink lots of water, don’t snack between meals, rest 6-8 hrs a day, & u say bye to diabetes.
