We should change our diet. Nsima causes diabetes, hypertension, poor IQ, Malaria, HIV/AIDS, TB and domestic violence, short hieght. Just look at our friend who eat Rice? No need for research!!!!

yes, ppo really need to check on the food they eat. be vegetarian, eat whole none processed foods, do exercises, drink lots of water, don’t snack between meals, rest 6-8 hrs a day, & u say bye to diabetes.
