Apostle Kawinga and wife make historic appearance at UMhlangano cultural festival in Ntcheu

Apostle Clifford Kawinga, Founder, Overseer and current President of Salvation for All Ministries International, made a significant and historic appearance at this year’s UMhlangano festival in Ntcheu.

He was joined by Pastor Ruth Kawinga as the pair met with Inkosi Yamakhosi Gomani V and Inkosikazi Rishaladza Khanyisa Gomani during the ongoing cultural celebrations.

This year’s festival marked a departure from previous editions, with the Maseko Ngoni Heritage Trust extending the celebrations from the traditional three days to a full six days, featuring an expanded programme of side events.

On Day 3, Inkosikazi Gomani V hosted a day-long Women’s Conference at Lizulu, with Pastor Ruth Kawinga attending as a special guest.

The event drew a significant turnout, including spouses of amaKhosi, women village heads, government duty bearers, and women from communities across the district.

Discussions at the conference centred on women’s empowerment, community engagement, the preservation of cultural heritage, and support for vulnerable members of the community.

The participation of Apostle Clifford Kawinga and Pastor Ruth Kawinga reflects their continued commitment to community development, empowering women and girls, preserving cultural heritage, and supporting initiatives aimed at positively impacting lives and strengthening communities.
