Apostle Mbewe of God’s Will church says October is month of ‘supernatural powers’: Deplores begging spirit among Christians

The founder of God’s will church Ministry last Sunday deplored laziness among its members, during a healing and deliverance crusade which took place at Liberty Park in Lilongwe.

Apostle Mbewe preaching

Speaking during the crusade the founder of the Ministry, Apostle Enock Frazer Mbewe said he wants his members at least to do something for a living in order to improve their livelihoods, saying they should not rely on begging from well-wishers as it promotes laziness among them.

“Many Christians are lazy they do not want to do business and even to work they just spend their time fasting and praying, climbing mountains but they are doing nothing. Our church wants to see its members do things that they did not even expect to happen in their lives,” Mbewe said.

He added that if Christians are doing something for a living it helps generate money which assists them to solve their daily problems such as paying for accommodation and giving generously to their churches among others.

“When Christians are doing small scale businesses, it helps in development of churches by paying tithe and other necessities like paying school fees for their children and constructing good houses,” he explained.

According to Mbewe, the month of October is the month of supernatural powers and these powers would push people to their destiny beyond expectations; believing that these powers would push people to their place of blessings.

Chipiliro Abraham one of the Pastors of the Ministry said he was much blessed after hearing the message of supernatural powers saying this would push him to a higher level in his spiritual life.

“I see God doing his work through miracles to his people and I have received another power from above that will change my spiritual life for good,” said Abraham.

Among other activities which took place during the service, people were also prayed for in their finances, family problems, peace and protection just to mention a few.

1+1=3. People should work hard for them to get rich not through fasting and prayers. Worshippers waste their time on miracle jobs, babies, monies etc. Dreams can be fulfilled when people come out of bed and start acting lively.

Right message, long overdue to traditional thinking churches. Akuti tikalemera kumwamba thinking. But Abraham, King Solomon, King David, Job, were all rich children of God. Apostle Mbewe, keep this teaching alive. Change in Christian mentality will surely come.
