Blacks starts 2014 live shows in Lilongwe March 1

The most popular reggae outfit in the country the Black Missionaries are expected to start 2014 live performances with a show in Lilongwe on the first day of March.

The band’s lead vocalist Anjiru Fumulani promised Malawians of the best perfomance throughout the year.

He said the show which will be held at Chez Ntemba from 8pm, will be followed by another one the following day at Lilongwe Golf Club from 2:30pm.

“We are the same band, but this year will be very different from last year, we promise our fans of the maximum and the best perfomance ever, infact we have been doing practices for some weeks now for the shows,” Fumulani told Nyasa Times.

Fumulani outlines that during the first half of the year, they are expected to launch Kuimba 9 DVD and a tour to South Africa.

“If all goes well, we are also going to Europe probably in July,” he said.
