Getting his vocals on a riddim called Abra Gyal, produced by Jusa Dementor, Blasto has taken up a fight chanting the dark forces of the world.

His new song ‘BUN YUH’ which is patois (Jamaican language) for ‘Burn You’ in proper English is about “blazing some spiritual fire on all that is immoral,” says Blasto when he spoke to Nyasa Times.

The riddim has been recorded and Mastered at Exclusive studios by BFB here in Malawi and produced by Gino XXL in Amsterdam.

A sample of the hook heard exclusively by our reporter goes: If you wicked and dirty we ah go bun yuh/if you heart is nah clean we ah go bun yuh/

Speaking from the capital city, he explained his plans of releasing compilation of songs and a 7 track Extended Play soon.

The Jah Jah Nah Sleep artist has disclosed he has signed an agreement with Gino XXL Entertainment to market and represent the ‘Blasto brand’ globally.

“You should expect to see more projects with them” he says.

Detailing the progress on his EP, Blasto says “We are ready with it and right now we are waiting on release date to be agreed upon with
the distributors. Hopefully people will be banging to it in June.”

“The EP will be available for Pre order worldwide in a couple of hours and will be available on digital stores around the world.”

He added that ‘BUN YUH’ will also be on his newly constructed website http://www.blastoimva.com for a limited time. The song is one tune which is part of another compilation of songs from him.

“There will be more singles coming out all a part of the upcoming EP.”

Blasto said his Ep has tunes from various producers with award winning producer BFB producing most of it.

“D1 and Ziggy Blacks production also produce some songs on it and Gino  XXL Entertainment is the executive producer” says Blasto.

In 2016, Blasto voiced on Gino XXL ‘Swiss Phone riddim’ along with some the world’s elite dancehall djs like 2 legendary and
Grammy-Winning Reggae/Dancehall Bounty Killer and Beenie Man followed by Gmac Citylock of Sizzla Kalonjes Judgment Yard Team, Melloquence Drake, Jami Dread Tony D CLUTCHEYE, Nique Bangin and Chilando.
