Bullets held to barren draw by Dwangwa: Malawi TNM Super League
Nyasa Big Bullets TNM Super League title hopes suffered another blow on Sunday as they were held to a goalless draw by Dwangwa United at Chitowe Stadium.
The Franco Ndawa’s side squandered the chance to significantly close the gap on table-topping Blue Eagles as they were kept at bay by a resolute Nkhotakota team.
Two efforts from star man Chiukepo Msowoya were both well saved by Dwangwa goalkeeper, who enjoyed a good day between the posts.
It was, in fact, Dwangwa who came closest to snatching an unlikely victory, but Bullets survived as a shot hit the woodword late in the game.
this season’s Tnm Super League first round on position 6 with 25 points from 15 matches and they are one position above their rivals Mighty Be forward Wanderers who have finished on position 7.
